Great primary care, happy with my experience. Dr. Elsner-Boldt was thorough and caring. Unfortunately the clinic had run out of supplies to perform my EKG but otherwise everything went smoothly.

I was really looking forward to seeing this provider but they had me see a different provider and the substitute had disappointing bedside manner and was clearly rushed. I was looking forward to building a relationship with a PC provider and overall don’t plan to go back

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I had my appointment scheduled for WEEKS for 11/9 at 5:15 and when I called the office because I never got the link to my appointment they stated I’m not in the system. I took off from work for this appointment then they had me reschedule on their website for the same date and I did that as well as upload my ID and insurance for the 3rd time and was sent the link to my appointment just for it to deny me AGAIN

I’m a new patient so I got there early to do paperwork, once I was finished, it took no time for the nurse to see me and take my vitals. Once she was done, Dr. Elsner wasn’t long after her, she listened to everything I had to say, wasn’t dismissive or pushy (issues I’ve had with doctors in the past). She had good suggestions and solutions, it felt like what I was saying mattered. I plan to make Dr. Elsner my primary care physician and continue coming to this office.

Very nice, personable doctor. Listens to your concerns and asks questions. Gives enough information about processes and is thorough. She didn’t take long pauses in between explaining things and examining, she did it at the same time and it cut appointment time in half. Will visit again!

I was happy to find that Dr. Elsner Boldt had same day appointments available, as I was in immediate need of seeing a doctor. Since I was a new patient, I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment to allow for possible paperwork. The waiting room is an open floor plan and the receptionist's desk is very close to patients who are waiting. Therefore, discussing why you've arrived or aspects of your visit can be a bit uncomfortable with other "ears" very close by. I was called up to the receptionist desk about 25 minutes after I arrived to provide standard, new patient information (ID, Insurance card, etc). Then was asked to sit back down where I continue to wait for another 35 minutes. Once called back, the visit was smooth sailing. The PA checked in with me first, then the Doctor was in my room within minutes. Dr. Elsner Boldt is very personable and friendly. She listened, seemed very genuine, and helped resolve my issue. Overall, the Doctor was awesome, however, the 1 hour wait time for a scheduled appointment was a bit ridiculous. For that reason, I probably will not return unless it's an emergency.

Dr. Elsner Boldt is great. She was thorough and took her time. She listened to any concerns I had. She had practical recommendations like getting more exercise and monitoring the situation. Would definitely go back.

Dr. Elsner Boldt was wonderful. She was kind and patient and took the time to hear all of my concerns. The only thing that bothered me was that I was told someone would call me with my lab results but no one did. After cantacting the office twice, someone finally gave me the results but had to call more than once (after getting my results) to get the office staff to get my prescription to my pharmacy. The doctor was great but I wasn't happy with the office staff.
