I have been coming to this practice since I was a little girl so over 31 years. Recently the service has declined. I was there with my 13 month old today and waited 40 mintues in the waiting room only to find out they forgot about us. The front end staff is rude when you call and act annoyed when you question them on anything. I think we will have to switch practices if this continues. It is a shame because the doctors are good but they should be aware that the office staff is not working.
