I went in for a thyroid biopsy, I’ve been stressing about this for weeks. Brought in the requested report and disc of the ultrasound and they had to do their own ultrasound anyway to make sure the report was correct. Sure that’s fine, but instead of doing what I came for, after finding the same results as I already knew, I couldn’t do the biopsy today I have to wait over a month to get it now. I waited for over an hour to even be seen and the dr was just so short and just didn’t seem to care at all about anything. Pretty disappointed with my experience.

Based on other reviews, I was terrified to go here (new patient, first visit). I was pleasantly surprised, and the MA & MD were both great. Office staff wasn't uber friendly, but competent enough.

Too soon to tell, as it was my “consultative” appointment, but didn’t feel much concern from the Dr., nor was the appointment very consultative. Wouldn’t recommend, but wouldn’t necessarily deter either.

The staff was very friendly. The doctor herself, very professional and polite. But felt my visit was a little fast. But then again I was only getting blood drawn, so based off that great visit.
