Everything about our visit was great. The receptionist, the MA, PA and Dr Lochner were all amazing! Made my daughter feel comfortable and explained everything to both of us. They even gave her a birthday gift, because she needed a cast a day before her birthday. Could not recommend this place more.

I went with my daughter for a consultation. The staff was wonderful, friendly and welcoming! We were in our room and seen right away. Dr. Lochner was patient and explained everything clearly to me with her recommendation for the best path forward. I will be moving forward with her as our doctor and her recommendation. Definitely recommend!

Our primary care dr and ER dr recommended seeing a hand surgeon for a small fracture on our daughter's middle finger. The dr reviewed her x-ray and looked at her finger for all of 30 seconds and said she was fine - no splint or restrictions required. It would be wonderful if something like this could have been done via conference call, virtual or skype. There was no reason to take a vacation day and pull our daughter out of school two hours early. We live very far away and it was a disappointment to have had to see the surgeon and wasted everyone's time over nothing. I'm hoping there can be changes in the future so this can be addressed a bit differently to lessen time burden on the surgeon and patient - esp when there is no issue. The surgeon was very nice and although the visit was very quick, we had no issues with the dr herself.
