Dr. Viola is the best!!! Been with her for a couple of years and have been very happy, I had not seen her in a bit and it was like yesterday. She remembered me and our previous conversations. She is very attentive, listens to what you have to say and then advises accordingly. Would not trade her.

Only the first visit (televisit) but I can already tell she's my favorite PCP yet. I hope to be able to continue with her in the near and distant future. It was rushed but to be fair I was late due to logging in wrong smh.
What I'm loving most is her attention to detail and quick responsiveness.
As a health care professional myself I find that having a Dr that cares more than getting paid to see you matters most, and I feel like a sense of that care is within her.
I trust that she will be looking out for my best health interest and not her finical interest.
I do however trust easily and tend to be proven wrong, but lets pray that doesn't happen!

Since this was my first time, she conducted a very thorough screening of medical history while at the same time giving option on how to better manage pre-exisiting conditions. She took explained everything in terms that were understandable and not confusing.

Dr. Voila was great! She took the time to go over my health history and asked me many questions to make sure she got everything correctly. We jointly agreed on a plan for my issues and I felt she completely understood how I felt. She was thorough, kind and warm (very important characteristics for me) and I believe I will be very well taken care of by her. This was my first appointment and I couldn't be happier.

When I made the appointment it was only to refill prescriptions but by the time of the appointment she readily took extra time to answer new health issues that had come up.
