Very pleasant "bedside" manner. Congenial, caring and professional. Comprehensive exam/questioning to get to root of health issue. Office staff extremely attentive and upbeat...which made for a very pleasurable first visit. Definitely impressed.

Dr. Heather Walker is wonderful! She listens to your concerns and doesn't try to rush you out the door. She has an excellent bedside manner. She is knowledgeable, as well. Her assistant is caring and very pleasant, too. The reception/secretarial staff are very welcoming and helpful. Everyone there is great!

Amazing!!! So glad to have gone here and have an appointment with Dr. Walker. She was personable and highly professional. Her staff was so great as well. The office was super clean and I noticed that they used hand sanitizer a lot which I love because of course you don't want to go to the doctor and get sick with someone else's germs! Dr. Walker will definitely be my primary doctor now. It was a bit of a hike for me but I don't mind if I will get quality care! :-)

Dr. Walker is awesome! I really felt like she cared about what was going on with me and genuinely wants to help me! The nursing staff there is absolutely amazing as well! Jessica did my intake and she was just as kind and caring as Dr. Walker.
However the front desk could use some training on how to speak to people! I was unable to arrive early to complete paperwork because I work very late night and my appointment was very very early in the morning and it takes me 45 minutes to get to the office so with that said her tone was a little sharp and slightly degrading and being 10+ years older I expect a little more respect than that.
The rest of the staff there is phenomenal!!!!

I had a great visit with this doctor! The main reason why I changed doctors was because my previous doctor wasn't very nice and the people there were rude to me. This place is clean, quick to get you in, and very nice. I'm so happy to have found a good doctor. Dr. Walker is so sweet and she is an active listener.

Needed a Primary Physician to work with me to gather information and assist with my keeping track of special Dx related specialties and associated treatments etc.that I need currently and to identify new healthcare needs, as well as to assist with medication pharmacy problems that may arise,
On this first visit she was reassuring that she would become familiar with my present and future medical needs. Very sweet, helpful Professional person as well as her Medical Assistant and Receptionist.

it was easy to get an appointment. New patient intake was efficient and fast. I was seen promptly after completing paperwork.
Dr. Walker spent ample time talking to me to understand my issues and her thoughts/concerns and recommendations for treatment. There is a computer terminal in the room and I think the electronic medical record/research/data entry process is a bit distracting for both doctor and patient. But despite the distraction, Dr. Walker was attentive, thorough and compassionate. The MedStar Medical Group office was pleasant and staff attentive, helpful and they called to let me know the test results promptly.

I have a number of chronic conditions, and have seen a lot of doctors over the years. Dr. Walker is one of my absolute favorites. She is caring, compassionate, and took extra time to focus on my concerns, questions, and has an impeccable bedside manner. Her office staff is professional, and personable. Jessica, her nurse, is top notch. My family and I are so happy we found Dr. Walker and her staff!
