The doctor was pleasant but I’ve had a really hard time getting my prescription filled because the insurance company needs prior authorization from Heidi. However, neither me nor the insurance company can get in touch with Heidi so I’ve been unable to get my prescription filled up to this point. We call but no one answers. Very aggravating. I switched to this doctor because she was a lot closer to me in terms of mileage. I’ll probably go back to my other doctor going forward. Get a prescription to be filled seems like a really easy task. Apparently not through this doctor:(
