Heidi was great, definitely would go to her again. My only complaint is having to fill out redundant forms/questionnaires (since I was a new patient) before my appointment. It seems like they could leverage Zocdoc a little more for that kind of thing.

I had to switch OBGYNs when I switched insurance, and went to Dr. Knickerbocker because her reviews were so good. I really loved my previous Dr. - she was very thorough in that she viewed health holistically. She asked me about my diet, exercise, vitamins, lots of general health questions. She also let me know that folic acid is very important when you're thinking about getting pregnant (though I was not at that point). Dr. Knickerbocker was more or less in an out. - she did not stay and talk about any other health-related matters. Also, I had not experienced any discomfort in the examinations with my pervious Dr., but that was not the case with Dr. Knickerbocker. It seems like Dr. Knickerbocker has been a great OBGYN to some other patients, but I did not feel that she measured up to my previous experiences.

She was great. I was very interested in talking about permanent birth control (tubal ligation/Essure) at the age of 24 and was worried I would have to give a full-on testimony, but she was on board and had me schedule with the doctor at her office who performs the Essure procedure. Quick, painless, and super nice. Can't go wrong!

My appointment was for a first time pregnancy over age 35. Dr. Knickerbocker was very kind. She no longer delivers babies, but she does assist women in their first trimester and can give referrals for doctors in the area to continue pregnancy treatment. That's perfect for someone new to the area like me!

I love her. I've had gynecologists in the past up until her that were rough and unpleasant. She is the first that I adore (or even remotely like)! She talks to me during my pap smear and I end up never even having any idea that her talking to me passes the time and helps me not even think about what I'm there for. It's always done before I know it and I really love her personality. I highly recommend her!

I had a horrible experience with the insert of my first dud Iud and Heidi made the removal and insertion of my new device 100x better by prescribing medication to help ease the pain. The procedure was quick and way less painful. Also, I feel Heidi has genuine interest in my health by spending ample time getting to know my Health and History, during my annual exam. I recommend her w/o reservations.

i loved dr.knickerbocker, or heidi, as she introduced herself! she is incredibly personable, and took time to chat with me a bit first to get to know me as a person more than just a patient chart before the exam began. she made me incredibly comfortable with both her bedside manner as well as her apparent and easily flowing knowledge. i would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a new OBGYN, or even to those who already have a doc, but aren't in love with them. i will definitely be returning next year! thanks heidi!
