Dr. Helen Ho is so attentive and through in regards to all the questions and issues my daughter has. What I appreciate the most is that Dr. Ho takes the time to answer and alleviate all of my wife and my concerns that we have for our daughter.
Also, her office is very welcoming. The front desk and all the medical staff are so nice and extremely helpful.

Such a wonderful experience! Doctor is a sweetheart. Just make sure to switch primary doctor with insurance company before the visit, At least our insurance required that, so had to spend some time on the phone.

Dr.Helen Ho took time to answer all of my concerns for my child. She was attentive and very thorough when explaining things to me. I felt comfortable at this office. The front desk staff was very nice as well. My children now have a new PCP who is also very kind, which has been hard to find since I moved to New York.

Dr. Ho was engaged, attentive and informative. A few other peds I’ve seen we’re closed off to dairy alternatives, but Dr. Ho was understanding of my preferences and offered safe guidelines. It was a good experience overall.

The wait was because I didn't change my daughter's PCP to reflect the doctor I would be seeing, as we were a new patient. However, once the paper work was complete, we were seen right away. Dr. Helen Ho was very kind, thorough, and professional.
I would recommend her and the staff. Everyone at the office was great.

It was pleasant and went smoothly. The office had patients waiting but seems to be able to keep patients schedule moving along smoothly. DR Helen Ho was nice and very detailed. She took the time to explain and assessed all my concerns patiently. I plan to keep her as my daughter's doctor moving forward.
