The office was so clean and nice the medical assistant was sweet and nice and the doctor was so nice and wanted to know about me and my care I loved that she cared about her patient so I would love her to be my personal physician

It’s very hard finding a doctor who cares and who is willing to listen to you and understand your concerns. I found a doctor who actually cares and is willing to listen to me. This has been my first visit so far and it was GREAT! I highly recommend to everyone! Trust me I’ve searched and searched for a doctor and I finally found the perfect one!!!

I couldn’t really get a word in without her cutting me off. Trying to explain the types of care that has worked for me in the past and every time I mentioned something her immediate response was “well you should’ve done this”. It also felt like she was reprimanding me for how other providers managed my care in the past, or that she was upset at what medications had worked for me previously. I also think she made some preconceived notions about me. “Don’t smoke weed or drink with this medicine”. Even though I was very clear that I don’t do either of those things. I’m a nurse so I get that patient education is SO important (which she knew) but she continued to talk to me like I was an idiot. I don’t understand providers who are so off putting like this. I’m just trying to come for help. Pouring out all of your personal issues to strangers is hard enough without them making you feel like your are a bother and an idiot.
