I was late for 15 minutes .. having sever abdominal pain ... no body really care .. it's my first time appointment and came from Drexel Hill which is pretty much far away from the clinic.. I did not have any Idea about the traffic along the road ... okay I get it that's my fault .. The receptionist went to the doctor to ask the doc if she can let me in ... despite the fact that I have the right to take my remaining time of the appointment .. what kind of a doctor meets patints for half an hour any way?!

Alright. Zocdoc paperwork never came through even though I got text saying it did. So I filled out paperwork and they asked me every question verbally while entering into computer = annoying. Felt there was little info asked about me and just wanted to get through appt.

The staff was amazing. I'm usually very skeptical about new doctors. From the moment I entered the front desk staff were sweet and the check-in process went quickly.
Meeting Dr.Stein she was lovely, she even knew my previous doctors which was a relief.

LOVE her! I was skeptical about scheduling an appointment with Dr. Stein since I live about a half hour away from her practice. However, I was in desperate need of finding a good primary care doctor and I thought I'd give her a shot since she had so many good reviews. I do not regret my decision what-so-ever. Dr. Stein is very personable, understanding, thorough, and took her time. I had multiple issues to discuss with her and she did not make feel like I had to rush at all. I can be extremely anxious when I go to the doctors and she put me at ease. The staff was very friendly as well. I think I have found my new primary care doctor and I do not plan to switch any time soon, regardless of the distance!

I had been a patient of Dr. Stein for approximately 23 years at her previous office. I was very pleased to find that she was practicing not too far from our home. I was having some issues, and truly did not want to go to someone who did not know my history. The office staff, and the nurses were just wonderful. They were very helpful and interested in helping me get through the paper work and scheduling testing that I need.
Dr. Hermine Stine was, as always, very interested and very caring about my medical issues. Thank goodness that I did find her again.
