Every time I spoke, he kept saying "uh huh" under his breath, which made me feel like he wasn't listening, and he just leaned against a counter with his body facing away from me, staring at his iPad the entire time.

My appointment was at 2:15. Was called back at 3:00. Then told the lab closed at 3:00. So I had to come back the next day for blood work. Two half days of work missed. Was told I should have called to see if the lab would be open! (Who closes their lab before the office closes???) Was told that is the problem with ZocDoc. Went back for lab and he had not even ordered everything I needed. Have been a long time patient when Dr. Mitchell was there. Will NEVER see this person again...

Everyone that I came into contact with, from the front desk receptionist, "Allison" the nursing assistant, Dr. Hillel Wiener as well as the final contact point, "Denise" were great. I don't like drs appts, but these office personnel made my experience like ice cream. Very pleasant!

I feel like he was helpful and funny! He seemed to take his time with me . When I found out the prescription he prescribed was not covered under my ins. I called back to request an alternative or something less expensive but the nurse stated he refused to do so. I was told to look for coupons online to help with cost. I have never taken this prescription before so I'm hesitate to pay for something so expensive ( not knowing if it will even help me or not) hoping for the best though.
