Dr. Himanshu Aggarwal is the first and only fellowship trained Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) specialist in Gwinnett county and one of the few in the entire Atlanta area. Dr. Aggarwal completed his fellowship in FPMRS at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Aggarwal is a skilled robotic surgeon, an expert in urodynamics, neurourology, erectile dysfunction, male/female incontinence (both urinary and fecal), pelvic floor reconstruction using non-mesh techniques (using patient’s own tissues), pelvic/urethral mesh removal, male urethral stricture disease as well as in general urology and urooncology.
