Experience was overall okay. I see why people say that Dr. Doan is easy to talk to, but I do not think she is the doctor for me. Things seemed a little too unprofessional and I did not feel like I got a thorough physical.

I had not seen a doctor in a long time, and was nervous about that. Dr. Doan made me feel heard and that there was no judgement on things I was self conscious about. She explained things to me in a kind way without condescension. I will be continuing with her as my primary care, and will now be back on regular check ups, which was a goal of mine.

I called the office in advance saying I was going to be 5 mins late and they said it was okay, but then the medical assistant made me feel bad I was late. She was very short and curt with me when I misunderstood her Spanish accent and had somewhat of an attitude. My doctor appointment was good though.

Dr Down has great bedside manner. I felt comfortable talking to her about some embarrassing things. she listened to me and offered nonjudgmental health advice. I would highly recommend her as anyone's pcp as I think she makes for a fantastic first point of contact. the staff was great and I got my bloodwork done in record time with just one poke :)
