Holly is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) at Fuel to Nourish PLLC who has dedicated her career to helping individuals with eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. She also provides support for those with co-occurring conditions with particular interest in diabetes, gastrointestinal issues and mood/anxiety concerns. She has extensive experience working in all levels of eating disorder care including residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient care. Holly’s approach is a non-judgemental, trauma informed, and compassionate - she is here to challenge you, and also meet you where you are at. Holly
is a weight-inclusive and non-diet provider and understands that health is beyond a number on the scale.
Holly’s perspective on health and nutrition: “I help clients broaden their idea of what health really is. In today's society, health can often be attributed to one's number on the scale or BMI, however, I take more of a holistic approach of viewing health as a state of one's mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. I realize health and nutrition is individualized and can look differently for everyone. I believe food should be fun and a source of connection to those around you. I want to empower my clients to gain more autonomy and empowerment around their food decisions.”
