Dr. Hope Mitchell is the founder of Mitchell Dermatology. She is a highly qualified, experienced, Board Certified Dermatologist who has enjoyed practicing Dermatology in the Perrysburg area since 1998. In April 2016, she moved into her new office located at 815 Commerce Drive.
She was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and graduated from Edgemont High School in Scarsdale, New York. She later attended the University of Rochester and the Medical College of Ohio, where she received her Medical Degree. She completed a Pathology Fellowship while at the Medical College of Ohio and continued with Residency training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.
Dr. Mitchell is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Better Business Bureau, and the Perrysburg Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys gardening, antiquing, and spending time with her husband and four children.
Dr. Mitchell is a talented and compassionate physician. She thoroughly enjoys every scope of her practice, routinely treating children and adults with hair, skin, and nail problems. Her qualifications include ethnic skin care,
acne/complexion treatment, dermatologic surgery, as well as all cosmetic facial injectables. She has a particular interest in pigmentation disorders, skin cancer screenings, and cosmetic procedures.

I went to see Dr Mitchell for 2 specific things that a dermatologist does. I was told I would have to scheule one of them as a consultation on another date and then she didn't want to discuss my issues I thought she was nice but it was unprofessional not to address my issue at all. I would not have gone there if I would have known this.
