I was the first appointment of the day, the office did not open until my appointment time. The Dr. Katz arrived 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and then proceeded to consult one of the staff members on her ailment before treating me. I expressed to the doctor and the staff that in three weeks my insurance was expiring (job change) in addition to the fact that I had travel plans outside of the country, so I would need my results beforehand. My appointment was on a Monday, I had my MRIs done on that Wednesday, the MRIs were received in their office on that Thursday, I confirmed the following Monday that they had the MRIs and that the doctor would "call me back in a few minutes", Dr. Katz did not return my call and failed to get in touch with me before my trip/insurance expiration. 3 weeks had passed before the doctors' office attempted to reach me to schedule a return appointment for my results. My favorite part is that I spent two weeks abroad in a walking cast for fear that I had broken my foot, only to find out that it wasn't broken and the walking cast was not a necessity. There was one positive to my visit with this office. There is a gentleman who took my x-rays as well as helped obtain authorization for the MRIs with my insurance, he was awesome! Sadly the rest of my visit and experience was subpar. I would not recommend Dr. Katz to anyone.

It was one of the worse experience to date I have. This place looks like mostly for the people with no insurance and walk in clinic. I wanted to see an orthopedic I got an appointment there because it was available, have 4.5 rating and was in Bronx. Its really hard to trust on the rating done by other user. I was in there at 1pm and came out at 5:30. Dr. talk with me less than 5 minutes. I came out unsatisfactory.

Made appt with Dr Katz based in the 4-5 star review but the assistant or office was crowded and disorganized. Something went wrong with Zocdoc I believe she said?! I wouldn't wait 2hrs for any doctor again. Unless they fix the scheduling problem, will not go back even if Dr Katz was nice.

This was my 2nd visit (follow up appointment) Dr. Katz is a very down to earth person. I will say that I did have to wait a whole lot longer then expected only because he was called for an emergency surgery at a hospital. (guess when you are a professional it comes with the job) I will not hold it against him since there was a reason for the delay. I am glad I was able to find him. No reason to not recommend.

First of all the information was not submitted to the office! I gave my name and I was waiting fr 45 minutes! I went back to the front desk and asked what is the hold u for that I had a 1 pm appointment! Then had to wait an hour for xrays. The physician's assistant was very pleasant as was Dr. Katz!

He was very thorough and quick. He reassured me that I didn't need surgery thank god. The waiting room though was filled with a bunch of kids who would make any person wish they didn't have kids. The kids were so out of control and loud. But the doctor all in all was great
