Front office seemed a bit unsure about what they were doing, and when I called them the day after my appointment, they had not yet updated my profile with the information I provided at the appointment.
The doctor and assistant had very good bedside manner, and they seemed very knowledgeable about my particular issue.
In short, the doctor and assistant were very good, but the front office staff seemed a bit unsure in performing their tasks, and information provided at the appointment was not updated in their system by the next day, but they were friendly.

From the second I stopped in to the moment I left, everyone was incredibly friendly. Dr. Tashima as well as everyone else I spoke with listened to my concerns, and were personable. I am always incredibly nervous going into a doctors office, but everyone put me right at ease.

Awesome and fast :) the staff were really friendly. They switched me to her so I had a better match to my needs. The reschedule was very close to my original time and on the same day.

The nurses were rude, they asked stupid questions that had nothing to do with what I was there for, the girl drawing my blood missed my whole veins and it was painful trying to fish for a vein and drew no blood what so ever but my arm was clotting and hurting for the rest of the day I’ll never go back there and I made sure they knew it.
