I feel like he's in business to sell vitamin supplements. He doesn't really listen to my concerns. Wait time is entirely too long and appointment times are very inconvenient!!

The staff was quite busy...they could have used an extra hand. Even so they all maintained their smiles and were still very pleasant and courteous to each patient (I work in a similar type office and know just how difficult that can be). I appreciate the fact that Dr. Nguyen always greets me with a handshake and hello when he enters the exam room...he is thorough and takes the time to answer any questions. I especially like their protocol of sending me home with a summary of my visit and topics discussed...including stats and recommendations. My only criticism is they do not provide an itemized invoice for services rendered, I have to specifically ask for that and so makes more work for an already busy staff.

I thought he was very good at listening and responding to my questions. And the check in was on a computer Pad I loved this way of doing paper work without the paper...this office is up to dated with the TIMES...

This was a get acquainted visit, since my mother and I recently moved back to TX. We have not been officially examined or treated. However, I was impressed with his friendliness and several comments he made concerning medications I am currently taking. At this time I am happy we chose Dr. Nguyen to be our primary doctor.

Dr. Nguyen was very professional and I felt very comfortable with him. I was concerned that his receptionist knew nothing of my appointment even though ZocDoc and someone from Dr. Nguyen's office called me to discuss my appointment. They were able to "work" me in an hour after my scheduled appointment. Dr. Nguyen's professionalism and exceptional bedside manner more than made up for this minor glitch. I will definitely see him again.

Dr Nguyen was soo excellent and attentive; he answered ALL of my questions and explained everything! I felt as if he genuinely cared about each of my concerns as he addressed each one. I consider myself person if meticulous nature and I must say, I was very satisfied. Dr H Nguyen will be my doctor and recommendation for years to come! ;D
