She’s great and very sweet. She has a slight accent if that is an issue for anyone, but I don’t think it would be for most. I was seen right away, but I went in an afternoon on a weekday and there weren’t any other patients.

The office was very nice and so was she. But I still felt not very taken care of as I told her my symptoms and she did not examine me once. She did not address some of my concerns. She also prescribed me medicine before the cultures came back from the lab.

I waited for over an hour to be seen, and then I was rushed through my appointment and scheduled for follow ups in the future instead of addressing my immediate concerns. When I got home, the practice had told Zocdoc I was a no-show. This office needs to be better organized and needs to not overbook their patients.

I’m so grateful for the care of not only NP Song, but the medical office as a whole. I’ve switched from my previous PCP because I had felt my concerns were not being addressed or taken seriously. NP Song fully listens to all of my concerns and provides all needed test to make sure I’m healthy. Due to her diligence, something was found in my exams and I’m able to make sure I’m receiving appropriate care.

The NP was very professional and friendly. My visit was quick and efficient. However the problem was when I tried to pick up my prescription. The pharmacy said the prescription was not in their system and since then I have tried to contact this office numerous times! No one picked up the phone and it got to the point where we made a second trip out to the doctors office. There was no one at reception when we arrived Sunday afternoon. This whole experience was extremely stressful and unpleasant!!

I had a great visit with not only this office, but Ms. Song. I never had such a detailed general visit, they completed an EKG and tested my breathing. I switched from my previous PCP because I did not feel that they provided me with all the attention I needed and brushed off my health concerns. This was not the case with Ms. Song. She really took the time to listen to my concerns. I live in Queens, but will gladly travel to Brooklyn just to visit this office.

She answered all my questions and was so nice when I told her I think I found out what is wrong while searching on the internet = ) From the front receptionist to the visit itself, I felt like a valued patient.

I wasn’t thrilled with how she handled explaining my results and had to go back to the pharmacy 3 times as meds she gave were incorrect twice.

I really appreciated my visit with her! She was straight to the point and prescribed what I needed without any invasive procedures. She has an accent but it doesn't matter you can understand her fine. She's really nice and professional!

I felt very comfortable with NP Song. The receptionist area felt a little... weird, but once in the examining room all was good. I felt very comfortable with NP Song. She was immediately warm, took the time to listen to me and asked lots of questions. When I expressed concern about the cost of particular treatments, she was very understanding and took that in her consideration of our next course of action. Will continue to see her, for sure.
