even with appointment still waited over half an hour, once in appointment went quick. Dr was direct and professional. He seemed concerned with my problems and got me on my way.

he was great, once we were seen, exam and xray were taken right away. my appointment time was 10:30am, i arrived 10:20 with paper work filled out. we were not taken until about 11:10 or so. I had to mention that i made an appointment or they wouldnt have known. i don't think it mattered that we had an appointment. other than that dr. was terrific.

Ian Mack graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology and received his medical degree from the University at Buffalo School of Medicine. He completed an internship in internal medicine at Nassau University Medical Center where he was honored with the Chairman’s Award for Intern of the Year. He completed his residency training in Emergency Medicine at Long Island Jewish Hospital. Following residency, Dr. Mack served as an attending physician at Nassau University Medical Center for three years. During that time, he served as the Director of Fast Track, treating both adult and pediatric patients.
Dr. Mack resides on Long Island where he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children. His hobbies include triathlons, golf, and ice hockey.
