Dr. Ify Elebo is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She spent her undergraduate years at Ambrose Alli University, Mid-Western Nigeria where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry with Honors. She also attended Northern Virginia Community College and ECPI University Virginia Beach for a second Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Dr. Elebo later obtained a Master of Science Degree with specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner, and subsequently a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from South University Savannah Georgia.
Dr. Elebo has extensive experience in Family Practice, Primary care, Sub/Post Acute Care, Long Term Care, Correctional Medicine, and Mental Health. Due to her interest in serving patients in the community, she launched Elgreat Healthcare Services LLC in 2020, initially as a Home Health Agency, and subsequently as a Primary Care Center.

Dr. Ifeoma Elebo is absolutely wonderful. For two years I have been struggling to find some relief, some help to mitigate the difficult symptoms that have diminished my quality of life and really short-circuited my ability to do my work well. Dr. Elebo listened carefully and actively to all the symptoms I described while taking in my medical history and was able to connect the dots and understand my concerns and the urgency of my need for help. Her diagnosis was incisive and within two days of starting the treatment she prescribed I already feel a significant improvement. I am finally daring to hope that I can regain my equilibrium and go back to enjoying living and working everyday instead of having to struggle through the constant pain that has had me operating at a fraction of my capacity for far too long. I highly recommend Dr. Elebo, especially if you have been shuttled from one specialist to another and yet have not been able to find answers. I am grateful for this renewed hope.

As a new patient, intake was friendly and very thorough. I did not feel rushed, and was able ask any questions I needed to. Dr Elebo was understanding and to the point about answering my health concerns. I felt she addressed my overall health care needs and provided help and follow up for today’s appointment.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Elebo! She was nothing but kind and understanding. She listened to all my problems and helped me the same day. The staff at the front desk were extremely polite and the office was very clean.

Office smelled strongly of body odor. Thankfully they had masks, so I put one on to stop most of the smell. The staff were nice. The nurse was sweet and seemed like she was doing her best. But still, things were not where she expected them to be, like a blood oxygen sensor that only had one battery, so she had to hunt down another battery in the office. Everything was a bit chaotic.
The Dr seemed bored and kept interrupting as I was answering her questions. Her personality was just unpleasant. She was also rude and condescending to the nurse who stayed in the room — to the point that it made me uncomfortable.
At the end, she [REDACTED: Zocdoc doesn’t want you seeing “pricing specifics” in reviews. I can only say it’s “not a good price”.]
Overall, office smells of BO and is subpar, staff is friendly, doctor is unpleasant and she [REDACTED information about pricing specifics]. Go to literally any other doctor office.
