I have been a patient for years and this visit was the worst. From signing In, to the meeting with the office lady , to the nurses aid that help me. Told doctor Chaves I was upset during my checkup time with him. PS: when done incorrectly saying sorry sometimes isn’t always a get out of jail card you can use.

The nurse and the doctor was very cold. No one said good morning. You could tell they are just there for a paycheck. It was the first time I had had a physical in over 10 years. I was scared and nervous. No one seemed to care to ask how I was or felt, or if I needed anything.
Dr. Chavez told me I needed to stop nursing my son because he’s 14 months and no longer needed to be nursesd.
I will not be going back.

Could not have asked for a better family doctor! Very caring, patient and understanding. I just had a visit which turned out to be concerning. He made sure I received the testing I needed and referred me to a wonderful cardiology group.

I am highly disappointed with how they treated me i told thd doctor about one problem then looked at me for 5min, then when i asked him about another problem he said we should sort out the first problem first(it wasn't even a severe problem), then he ldft the room and told us to wait there in the room and we never saw him again, about 40 min of more waiting the nurse came in and handed us some documents that sheduled an automatic revisit and she told us the Dr. had left for the day. I can guarantee that I will never go back.

Staff were very friendly. Dr. Chaves was also friendly and was able to help me with all my issues. He was thorough in explaining all my blood work, and patiently answered all my questions.

So, it was first time with Dr. Chaves. As soon as I met him, I didn’t like him. I understand your busy, but there was no reason for him to act like the way he did. All he did was come into the room, stood by the door, ask what I needed, then left. He did ask if I had any questions. I said, “I don’t really know, it’s my first time doing this on my own. (I’m only 19.)” he didn’t even make time to learn about me or ask me any questions pertaining to my health. I understand they were busy, but still. You’re only suppose to be concerned about that patient your with. So, no, I don’t recommend him. The ladies at the front desk and the nurses were very nice.

My appointment with Dr. Chaves went very well. He is though, caring and wonderful bedside manner. He really takes his time with you and makes sure all your questions have been answered and gives very good details regarding your care. I really appreciate Dr. Chaves going over things with me.

Dr. Chaves is a very good doctor. Sweet and mild mannered. He took the time to go over all my results and was detailed and thorough. The way he presented all the results was comfortable, not threatening or careless. He made me feel comfortable and not anxious about anything.
