Dr. Beneditskiy was initially very thorough and showed concern for my symptoms. I was told to call within a few days to receive my bloodwork. It took 4-5 calls and 3 weeks later to finally get him on the phone to explain the lab he uses doesn't take my insurance (why did he send it there?) and that he cancelled it (good). He then accused me of never calling his office and that he was easy to get a hold of (wrong). He then explained that we had a conversation about this and the I was told we had to seek another lab (but this was our first time speaking again....). He was quick to speak over me and make excuses. I've seeked out another doctor and am extremely happy. I would not recommend Dr. Beneditskiy for a lack of communication in his office and accusatorial excuses.

I've known Dr. Igor Beneditskiy for many years. And I can say only good things about him as a doctor. He is very professional - osteopathy has always been his top interest and he has become a real specialist in this area.
Dr. Beneditskiy is one of the doctors who spend as much time with his patients as necessary to find the right way to help. He is also very positive and friendly.
My today's appointment went very good. I came for a regular check up. Doctor was in the office on time, I had first appointment at 10am-I was called right away. The doctor did the tests and fixed my back problem. It did not take long. I was absolutely and 100% happy as always when I see Dr. Igor Beneditskiy.
