I am very glad that I finally found a wonderful, sensitive, professional doctor. He pays attention to details. After 5 minutes of communication with the doctor, it becomes clear that you are in the right place. The doctor does not work for monetary benefits. He loves his profession and people.

Dr Zhakarov is beyond professional and prepared he takes his time to explain the patient everything in simple terms. The appointment was for my husband but im changing my physician for Dr Zhakarov!

The wait time was almost 2 hours. My appointment through ZocDoc was confirmed by Dr. Zakharov's office at 12:45 pm. I arrived at 12:20 pm and I was told by the woman on reception that she quite doesn't care about those ZocDoc appointments and I have to wait in the line like everyone else. Honestly, I'd leave this place right away, but I was feeling extremely bad (I told that a receptionist). No one seems to care about my heart beat of 135 and super high blood pressure. When I finally got to see a doctor, after few minutes of medical examination, I was prescribed with painkillers and antidepressants (warning to which was "increasing heart beat"). The end of story: no diagnosis and medication that could make me feel even worse.

I have seen Dr. Zakharov on 2 occasions. Both times the wait was only about 10 minutes and I found the office staff to be very welcoming and helpful. I was very comfortable with Dr. Zakharov. He was a good listener who was responsive to my questions. He was professional and well informed and did not rush through the visit. Dr. Zakharov also has a compassionate and caring bedside manner. I intend to continue to see him as my PCP and I am also bringing my 2 daughters to him for their medical care. Additionally, the office space was immaculate as well as beautiful.
