Dr. Lichter was great! She spent A LOT of time with me to go over everything and explain different things i shoukd be incorporating or not adding into my diet and why. She gave me sample meal plans and then personalized a plan for me! I would recommend her for sure and also cannot wait to see my results and go back to her.

This was my first time visiting a nutritionist and wow! I had just done 10 months of the Keto diet and lost 60lbs and I'm now reintroducing carbs into my diet. I needed someone to explain to me the ins and outs of carbs I could eat and how I could incorporate them easily into my lifestyle. She took the time break everything down for me and was do down to earth. I'm already using her advice and looking forward to more progress. If your in the area, see her, that all I can say.

Ilana helps set clear and attainable weekly goals that keeps you motivated. She writes you a meal plan based on an average of eating. She makes eat right and reaching your goal weights an easy and fun process. I've been coming to Ilana for over two years and through all the ups and downs of weight gain a loss she has motivated me to keep up. She is awesome!!
