The Dr. was extremely relatable, personable, genuinely interested in providing care for me. She took the time to ask me questions and allowed me to ask questions. You don't find too many doctors these days that aren't rushing you through the process. The phlebotomist was gentle and the best at drawing blood and the MA was professional and kind. Thanks for the perfect visit!

It was ok like most doctors when a patient is concerned with a issue most seem reluctant and gives the there is nothing wrong with you look when suggesting certain checks you suggested you would like, done make you feel uncomfortable. Wish more doctors would just check what you suggest to make you feel more comfort and peace at mind.

She is a down to earth doctor who is compassionate and took time to provide great suggestions! I would highly recommend her to my friends and family!
The doctor was pretty good. The front office lady was very friendly. Besides them, the lady who tages vitals was rude. When calling people to the back she would roll her eyes at the waiting room. She acted like she had better things to do than to be taking your vitals.
I like this doctor but am considering trying another office as the wait once I am in the office is getting way too long. In addition, the other staff seems like they could care less we are there. She is worth a short wait but two hours for an appointment is getting too much!
I did not get the sense that she cared. She was not empathetic and her questions were asked in a condescending tone. I would recommend that she consider another field.
Dr. Williams-Vaughn is easy to talk to and actually listens to you. She gives you suggestions and then allows you to make your own decisions on different treatments. I definitely recommend giving Dr. Williams-Vaughn a try.

I love this doctor. It does take a while to get and appointment. I was disappointed that we waited ovr an hour after we got into the room. While she is worth the wait, we may have to find a providers office that can get us in faster.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. I came in as a standard follow-up after a hospitalization, & this place was the first I found with soonest availability. The doctor looked like she was bored & disinterested, suggested that my fever chills (involuntary shaking/shivering while skin that is very hot to the touch yet feeling the need for a blanket, that in my experience, only occurred during a fever) was just me "feeling hot." She checked to see if my spleen was enlarged, & that was it. She didn't even ask if I had any questions or other symptoms - just left the room to scan papers & never came back. If you're a patient that needs advice of any sort, I doubt you'll find it from her.

Not very personal felt like a number. For a quick appt to get my medicine refilled, that's all I needed. My other Dr after 4 years decided to be a wife and mother to twins which left me looking for a dr. But I won't be going back, that is for sure!

First appt at my dr now . & It was the worst experience at a drs office in my 33 yrs of life. My appt was at 6:40 I arrived 45 min early and wasn't seen until 8:40 pm. I had my 6 yr old autistic son w/me who was hungry and past his bedtime. During the wait we witnessed hostile people cursing at the most professional & nice person in their building which was the receptionist. The dr who seen me seemed more worried about getting me out of there so they can leave rather than treat me and made me feel like I was a bug. Just bad experience period.

My second appointment with Dr Imani Williams-Vaughn confirmed what I thought after my first appointment with her...she listens with compassion and respects her patient's input when making decisions about their treatment. She also takes time to answer questions without making the patient feel rushed or not smart enough to understand her explanations. I highly recommend Dr Imani to any one who wants a caring, trustworthy doctor! ~Leslie L~

I feel blessed to have Dr Imani as my new doctor. She listened closely and made me feel like I was talking to someone who really cares because she never made me feel rushed. Her compassion, bedside manner and professionalism make Dr Imani Williams-Vaughn an excellent choice for a doctor.
Verified patient
She was very condescending. Nothing positive came out of that visit. Waited over an hour to be seen by her, just to be left with with a bad taste. Will not be returning.
I was not pleased with this provider at all. I went to her for weight loss consultation and during the visit, she talked to me about not treating my boyfriend right, me being depressed (thats why I was over weight), and gave me homework to go on a date night. She stated this would be one sure fire way to bring a spark back into my life enough to make me want to lose weight. She almost had me convinced I was depressed with my life not due to my weight, which made me REALLY depressed!

I had a problem with my insurance and did not have my appointment. I do not like the practice and have put up with it to see this doctor but I think I've had enough! This practice is not good for complex medical conditions.
Verified patient
Dr. Williams-Vaughn has incredible bedside manner that immediately put you at ease. She didn't seem rushed and carefully listened to what I was saying. This is the first comfortable doctors visit I've had in a long time; she's great!
Verified patient
This doctor's visit made my day! Loved her profile before my appointment and she didn't disappoint. My new permanent primary care Dr.
Verified patient
A doctor who dislikes people, especially children and infants, so clearly and is almost hostile in her manner towards them is in the wrong profession.
Wait time is horrific.
She was very nice and professional.
Verified patient
Very respectful, caring, and informative.
I went to see Dr. Williams Vaughn because I wasn't happy with the healthcare I had had. She was very easy to talk to. Highly professional. Extremely knowledgeable. I believe I found a new doctor!
