The visit was awful, first off it was in a dilapidated building, I believe she was the only tenant, the parking lot was unkempt and had potholes. When I got inside I had to fill out a lot of forms that I had already submitted via ZocDoc. Then when the medical assistant took me to the examining room it took another30 minutes to answer all the questions, which some were very personal in nature, and I felt some of them had nothing to do with my health care.

I think she is a very nice lady and probably a wonderful doctor, but I don't often visit non-large scale operated clinics, for example, ones run by big companies such as Baylor or Northwestern or Rush. I am a neat-freak so I wanted the room to be a bit cleaner (dust in the corner, etc.) I would suggest her clinic to anyone and everyone who wants a doctor who cares, because you could definitely tell that is her!

The appointment was for my 19 year old daughter. My daughter said she felt comfortable with the doctor and she put her at ease. We will see her again for our future visits. Dr. Nair was very kind and took the time to talk to both of us and answer our questions.

Dr. Nair is very knowledgable. She asks alot of questions to make sure everything is covered. Her staff are very nice. Had a little problem finding her office, it is downstairs in the front of building. I am going to take my mother to her.
