Dr Inna Riva is the most wonderful primary care doctor I’ve ever visited. She is extremely kind, compassionate and attentive. She spent an hour with me, going over all my concerns and answering my questions. At the end she had a definite plan, with action items, for me. She was extremely meticulous with blood work that she does herself. I’m looking forward to discussing my results with her, and highly recommend her.

Dr. Inna Riva completed her undergraduate studies in the department of Molecular and Cell Biology with an emphasis on Cell Development Biology at University of California at Berkeley with High Distinction in General Scholarship in 2008.
Dr. Riva continued to pursue her passion to help people at TOURO University Medical school of California. She graduated as a physician in 2014, and became a mother of two naughty children on the way. She went on to complete her Family Medicine Residency program at Hackensack University Medical Center at Palisades.
Dr. Riva exemplifies the combination of borderless passion to medicine, direct patient care, and work life balance. She is a strong example of women empowerment in the historically male-dominated medical field.
Dr. Riva is an adjunct professor of clinical medicine at TOURO University School of Medicine and lecturing physician for Hackensack University Medical Center Palisades Family Medicine Residency Program. She teaches medical residents and students, conveying a passion to medicine, respect, love and support to doctors-in-training, medical staff and patients.

Dr Inna Riva is so great, unlike any other doctors I've seen before. My appt did start a little late (~10 min) but she let me know right when I got in that she was running a little late. Dr. Riva is not an osteopath so she should not be listed under “osteopathic consultation”. I had a 9am appointment and she arrived late so I waited outside. I came in with terrible vertigo and loss of balance and needed some kind of relief. She asked me some quick questions and suggest I “stretch my neck every 2 hours”. We then proceeded to the room where she was very uncertain of where to start and what manipulations she could remember from school. I would have rather she just tell me she can’t do it.
THANKFULLY she had an amazing student who really made me feel at ease and actually found one of the problem sources and provided some relief. I want to thank this student for helping me and mostly for reassuring me so kindly.

Dr. Riva was great! When I arrived, she was seeing another patient, but I waited less than 30 minutes and was seen at the time of my scheduled appointment. She was able to get to the root of my illness quickly, and I was finished after 20 minutes. Very efficient, shows empathy for her patients. I will definitely be returning!

Good personality and interpersonal skills but the exam seemed cursory. No palpating of the abdomen, they took my word for it on my weight didn’t weigh me, no turn your head and cough. I mean none of that is fun but I want a full exam if I’m getting one. They did take blood and urine, used stethoscope checked hears and throat. But as I said even as a layperson I can tell you there are several things they didn’t do that usually happen during a physical

Everyone was very friendly and I was brought into the room almost immediately. It was nice doing a pre-Check in through this app since I only had to fill out half of what I would’ve when I got there. I waited about 10 minutes in the room before being seen by the doctor. Overall a great experience - Zocdoc makes going to the doctor incredibly easy!
