Dr. Shocket spent the time to explain the details of my upcoming endoscopy to make sure I knew what would be done and why. We also discussed medication for the future and why certain medication is more preferable for me. In general my visit was helpful and reassuring.
The staff all seemed to like what they were doing. They signed me in, set up my endoscopy time, etc. all with a smile. The nurse who took my vitals was pleasant.

I was told to arrive at 8am but the office was not open yet. Upon opening the appropriate staff was not present yet for new patient registration. I was given a form another staff member, who was very kind and helpful, but it ended up being the wrong form. Dr. Shocket and is assistant were great! Kind, thorough, did not rush me out, answered any and all questions I had. When I left, the front desk staff could not give me a copay amount since I was not registered appropriately when I arrived. They were a little dismissing and were talking about the other member who assisted me when no one else was there, which I find highly unprofessional.
