I arrived a little early to my appointment, and only had to wait a few minutes to be seen. The office already had all of my paperwork printed out from Zoc Doc, so it was very easy to check-in. The doctor who saw me was very friendly and knowledgeable and the exam went smoothly. They already scheduled me for my annual appointment next year which is great!

I had an early appointment at 9am right when they opened. Got there 15 min early. The office was already opened and I was greated immediately. The wait time was less than 10 minutes. I had a pair of frames I loved already, but the prescription in them were bad and they said it wouldnt be a problem to get my prescription in my favored frames. I was told it would take 10-14 business days for them to arrive so I was plesantly surprised when I got a text, and email that my glasses were ready 8 regular days later. Everyone was pleasant and friendly including dr gendelman who answered all my questions and was super helpful. I would definitely come here again if I need new frames.

Went in early to help my husband pick out his frames from his appointment a day prior. While there, they recognized us and asked if I had time to go into my appointment early. We were there maybe a total of 30 minutes. Dr. Irene is caring and attentive. She opens up the end of the appointment for any questions or concerns and really listens and answers questions. Very caring! Also very fast and easy service. They ladies at the front also know their jobs well and make everything go by quickly.

I hadn't had an optometry appointment in years and was expecting a much longer, more drawn out appointment. I did my check-in online so I was taken back to the exam rooms immediately upon arrival. The initial eye tests were done very quickly and everything was explained to me, which was much appreciated. I was taken to another room where I waited all of a minute or two for Dr. Gendelman. She, like the rest of the staff, was very friendly and personable. The exams with her also went very quickly, and I was especially pleased to have an eye drop replacement to the air puff test!
I already had an idea of which frames I was interested in, so all in all, the appointment only lasted 30 minutes! The entire process was quick efficient, but I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. I would absolutely go back to Dr. Gendelman and her staff again!
