I was very impressed with the entire experience. The office staff were professional and courteous from our initial phone call and throughout the office visit. I am thrilled to find such a warm, caring, and thorough doctor. Why didn't anyone tell me about Dr. Feldman before?? I'm planning on bringing my mom to the office next.

Dr. Irina Feldman was born in Kiev, Ukraine where she received her Doctor of Medicine degree and completed a Pediatric Residency Program. She pursued her career in the U.S. by completing Family Practice Residency in Dayton, Ohio in 2004. She was then employed by Health Care Partners Medical Group until November 2007, when she opened her private practice in Thousand Oaks, CA.
Our mission is to promote optimal health and wellness in the community. As a family practitioner Dr. Feldman enjoys taking care of the whole family and providing education, support and individual care for all ages. Her areas of interest include preventive care, adolescent and women's health. She believes that an individual's family and social network, cultural and spiritual practices, stressors, genetics, and environmental exposures all contribute to one's state of health. Dr. Feldman embraces a holistic approach and utilizing both traditional and non-traditional resources to meet patient's needs.
Practicing Kundalini yoga helps Dr. Feldman to keep a balance between her professional and personal life. She likes to spend her leisure time with her husband and two children reading, playing, biking and traveling.

Dr. Feldman was great- I've been with Kaiser for many years and this was my first first to a non-Kaiser doctor/facility. She took the time to answer all my questions and made some great recommendations for me. Very happy I chose her to be our family doctor!

Very personable and gave her full attention to me. Most general doctors I've been to in TO are so rushed and scattered and seem to only care about selling you pharmaceuticals. If she was rushed, scattered, or bows down to Big Pharma, I definitely did not notice. I felt very taken care of and there was definite empathy toward my concerns and questions. Plus i didn't have to wait 45 minutes past my appt time in the waiting room and then 50 minutes in the exam room to be seen.
