If they had gotten the right pharmacy for my RX to be ordered, I wouldn't have been as aggravated after I left the appointment. I specifically requested a certain King's, but realized when I got to the store it wasn't the right one. Just glad the day's done with and I'm done dealing with the frustration of the office and everything else afterwards.

This facility is an urgent care. As is typical they are all about efficiency. The goal seemed to be to get me on my way as quick as possible. I probably would choose someplace else for more longterm care but this is the perfect place for those times you just need some help getting back to healthy.

I felt like I was walking into a methadone clinic. The front desk staff was short, sort of cold. Hardly "customer oriented". I waited for about 30-40 minutes to be seen and when I finally saw the doctor he seemed inconvenienced by my prescence. I didn't get all the answers I wanted about my condition. If you're thinking about booking an appointment here, I would think twice.
