Dr, Esposito was exceptional. She was thorough and explained things clearly. The medical assistant was friendly and professional. The front desk attendant that checked us in was unbearable. I was charged the wrong copay and when I attempted to explain it to her and showed her my insurance card I was ignored and spoken to horribly. I spoke with the front desk manager Sharon who put in a claim to refund me in 30 days. Sharon was amazing and apologized many times. As much as I loved the back office staff I will not be going back. The customer service was absolutely horrible.

The appointment went okay, however they did not send me my test results and I had to call several times to finally get them, nor did they ever review my results and give me feedback on any possible health issues, and they did not reach out to me to recommend other doctors that they said they would recommend for some issues I was concerned about.
