Actual procedure (colonoscopy) was just fine (had it without sedative). Dr. and the nurses were great. Only issue was his office. I made appt on ZocDoc and they sent me a bunch of forms to complete, which I e-mailed back. I never heard from them so 3 days before I called the office and was told the appt was only for his office and not the actual procedure. I had made the appt on Fri because it was the only time I had off from work and I was quite stern with the lady on the phone. She put me on hold and then came back to tell me they would squeeze me in on Friday, so it worked out. All of this took 1/2 hour on the phone.

Super friendly and very courteous. The only thing bad about my experience was the wait time.
