I am horrible about going to the doctor regularly. Dr. Lane does not lecture. She provides informed alternative suggestions and seems sensitive to insurance restrictions. I feel comfortable in Dr. Lane's care.

I do not like going to the doctor for routine check ups. This trip was forced by my employer for annual screening. Dr. Lane was fantastic! She showed concern for any issue I brought to her attention and was very attentive.

I really liked visiting with Dr.Lane. I had literally a zero wait time - the nurse came to get me as I was filling out paperwork at the check-in window. Once I was in the waiting room the nurse was nice, attentive and was prompt in her work. Once she was finished, Dr. Lane entered almost immediately afterward. Dr. Lane was also nice, attentive and made recommendations without seeming forceful in influencing your decision, (i.e. recommending shots, scheduling your next visit, etc.) It's hard to beat office hours like theirs; I was able to get in after work without having to take any time off and was in an out of the office within 25 minutes. I will definitely be returning!

The doctor seems to be very uninterested or concerned. She asked why I chose to come to her and not stick with my original Ob/gyn as if I was a waste of space. Once I explained that my doctor always OVER books her patients and it's extremely hard to get a reasonable appointment. She still seemed bothered. I apologized to the doctor for being bothersome to her with my health concerns. I do not wish to return to her office, nor would I ever recommend her to anyone who would like compassion or empathy to play a part in their personal health concern(s)!!
