I've thought about trying a plant based diet but wasn't sure how to start. Dr. Rodrigues is very knowledgeable; His recommendations helped my transition to a plant based diet. He breaks down the information making it easy to retain and provides perfect examples of lifestyle modifications for one to become a healthier version of themself.
While taking some of the recommended supplements I was able to get some relief from one of my conditions. I've also lost 21 pounds!! This wasn't intentional but it was a really nice bonus:) I'd recommend booking an appointment with him to help improve your health and lifestyle.

Dr. Rodrigues has been seeing my mother as she undergoes cancer treatment. Right from the beginning, he has been responsive and super knowledgeable about not only what is going to help shrink the cancer cells, but overall lifestyle change that is going to help her become and stay healthy. He’s working in collaboration with her oncologist. She admitted that she had little knowledge about what diet my mom should be following now and was very open to work with Dr. Rodrigues. Her oncology team is excited about her progress and call her a superstar because she presents no side-effects from the chemo beyond hair loss. I’ve shared his information with a lot of my friends and highly recommend his services!
