I saw this provider for moderate Acne struggles. She was almost 30 minutes late and I felt rushed through my entire appointment, to the point where I could hardly even ask questions. She was dismissive and didn’t fully listen to my concerns. She didn’t even look at my skin - I was wearing a mask and she never asked me to take it off to look at the problem areas. Overall, this doctor is very friendly, but I would not recommend her for those with acne as she frankly doesn’t seem to care enough to listen or offer any sort of alternative. I left my appointment feeling like there was no hope, no alternative, and like this condition was just something I would have to live with - a horrible feeling for someone struggling. If you are struggling with Acne and do not want to use Accutane, don’t see this provider as this is the only suggestion she had for me. Will be seeking out other options for care.

Dr Tiernan was great, she put me at ease and made my visit very enjoyable. No necessary products or services were pushed on me which is always appreciated. I also liked the minimum wait time after I was left to change. Usually I am done changing and end up waiting by myself for 15-30 mins until the doctor arrives. Like, who the heck needs 30 mins to slip out of their clothes ?! :) Overall a great experience! I just wish they had parking.

They were nice, professional, efficient, took time to review my photos before the virtual visit, and explained things clearly to me. Dr. Tiernan also offered guidance to the other doctor.
