First of all my appointment was scheduled for 10 o'clock when I arrived I was told that there were no doctors working due to the holiday I was told to come back at 3 o'clock which I did I did not get call until 415 I explained to the nurse why I was there she then told me that the nurse practitioner would be with me shortly then a lady came in the room with a blue outfit don't know if she was a nurse assistant or somebody just learning she did not introduce yourself to me she went right to my chart without even looking at me then turned to me and asked me why was there which I explained again she then stared at me for a good 2-3 seconds like I had something on me and walked out of the room she then came back went back to my chart and asked me to get onto the bed she said she was going to take my blood pressure she then started questioning me why is my blood pressure so low it is not normal she claimed it was 101/60 and that she was very concerned she made me feel very uncomfortable like something was going to to happen to me I started getting panicky she then went to walk out of the room and the side to come back in and requested to take blood pressure from my other arm then she said it appear to be normal after she just scared me I was so nervous I thought I was having Paniac attack then after the practitioner came in and discussed my testing she said that I should do an EKG so I said OK like I explained to the girl the same girl that took my blood pressure but I had breast implants so when she did my EKG she came and told me that she was very concerned because for a young woman my age my heart was not breathing correctly and that they need to put me in for an echo immediately because I was too young to have the reading like I did when I went into the echo the lady was the sweetest woman you can imagine I was so nervous and so scared I never dreamed of walking into a doctors office and being scared like I was that day with constant mistakes from the lady the echo lady told me due to my breast implants that is why the EKG showed what it did she also asked me if I disclosed that I had breast implants and I said yes because when she asked me regarding what surgeries I had I told her I will never go to that office again and I'm calling my insurance agency to release them because no one should walk into a doctors office and go through what I went through that day it was horrible I called the office The next day three times in a row to speak with the Practitioner and office manager but no one called me back to discuss my concerns which I had except for receptionist to call me and tell me that they would not discuss this over the phone with me I had to make an appointment to come in this made absolutely no sense
