My daughter told me Dr. Berger was such a great doctor, he explained things to her, when he gave her an ultra sound he told her and showed her where her kidneys were,etc. That he was so nice. I met him and he has a great personality and friendly, and took his time with us to explain everything . I will recommend him always ! Thank you again !! Kelie and Cindy Gersky

They were having terrible coordination problems on the day I visited - there was a long line, disorganized office. I was interviewed in some back office with urine samples on a shelf - completely ridiculous. They also hadn't entered my ZocDoc appointment into the system when I arrived. The doctor was great, but it was an otherwise unprofessional experience.

The Doctor himself was nice and I felt very comfortable with him. However, I waited for 1:45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. I also filled out a form in the lobby, answering dozens of questions. I was then asked every single one of these questions again by the nurse... then, when I finally saw the doctor, I was asked ever one of these questions again, for the THIRD time, while the sheet I filled out with answers on it was right in front of the Doctor.
Why have an appointment time if you don't even come CLOSE to that time by the time you actually see the patient.
