Awful. I made the appointment the day before (possibly 2 days before) and I 'checked in' online. So I filled in all my history and information at that time. When I got arrived, they said "ZocDoc always loses pages 2, 3, and 4" and so I had to redo them. It was my med history info. I have a very long, detailed history so filling it in again was irritating. But I did! Then I sat and waited until approximately 2:25 (appointment was 1:30) to get called back to triage. Sat in an exam room another 15 minutes. Finally the practice manager came in and said she "pulled" my "PMP" and couldn't find me in it. So she couldn't verify any of my prescriptions. Turned out she was spelling my last name wrong so we corrected that and then she tried again and got the report she wanted. I take a bunch of meds including a couple of controlled substances. BUT I was NOT there for any of those and I made that clear to her. I see a pain management doctor for those and am happy with that situation. I"ve been having very bad anxiety since giving birth 6 weeks ago and wanted to talk to the doc about that and maybe try a new antidepressant or up my current one. He still refused to see me unless I go back and get all of my medical records and then call them back. So why did I sit there for over an hour and waste my Friday afternoon? They should have had the info yesterday, reviewed it then, then cancelled the appointment. I'm very angry about the whole thing. The practice manager was kind enough, especially when I started bawling, but doesn't change that the doc wouldn't even talk to me. Ridiculous. I will never go back and I probably won't use ZocDoc again.
