Been there for 45 minutes probably but never got to been seen as my appointment that I made though Zocdoc wasn’t process

Wait time was terrible. I arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment time, Did see Nutritionists until 2.5hrs later. She gave me exactly 7 minutes of her time. In addition, the information share could have simply been googled! Way too much paperwork for a simple visit. They want to know your weekly income etc. in addition, to an active insurance card you provide. Other patients were upset as well. My first experience booking a Dr. appointment in the Bronx, and I will never make that mistake again. Lastly, I was told that as a nutritionist she gives her client meal plans. However, I received a piece of notebook paper with 5 vegetables to eat. Lol I can’t make this up. I am a CDM so this is beyond funny to me. My expectation, was not met but it was definitely worth the experience I witness, that was given to people in our community. Word of advice, if it takes you 45 minutes to an hour for each patient visit, try booking them an hour apart. Proper scheduling is essential. We do work too!!!
