Couldn’t have had a better experience. Everyone was very nice. No pages to fill out when I got there or wad of papers to throw away when I left. Dr Jack C. was very easy to talk to and my concerns were addressed. Referrals were easy and I was able to schedule my labs the very next day.

Would never go again!. Had a throat pain and ordered all the test considering the annual exam. Had to suffer with the pain until I visit another doctor who just see the throat and understand my situation.

He does not write for the medication I have been in for 12 years. That would have been nice to know before driving an hour two his office and back. I have always gotten it from my PCP.
