He's quick. You must have your questions prepared to ask when you see him. His office did not send me the results of my MRI. I went for a second visit because I was still having pain. I was only given the MRI report after the visit was over, so I didn't have an opportunity to ask all the questions that arose after reading it.
Dr. Jensen is very nice and professional. He told me exactly what was wrong, and what can be done to fix it. I would highly recommend Dr. Jensen.
Highly professional and efficient.
I had needed Dr. Jensen's help on 3 different occasions back in the 80's and 90's for minor clean up by scope. It's been 25 years, but I still find him to be top notch and he has a very good team around him. We'll see what the MRI diagnosis brings later this afternoon.
They have had my MRI results since 10am on 2/14 and I havent heard anything. Everytime I call in, they say Dr. Jensen will call back immediately. It hasnt happened yet.
All was much better than expected...he made a comment - "we treat the patient not the x-rays, etc."
Dr Jensen is awesome! And brilliant! If you need an orthopedic surgeon there is no other person as qualified as Dr Jensen. Plus he is super easy to talk to and way down to earth.
Dr. Jensen is an experienced doctor, right away he recognizes symptoms, provides diagnosis, and healing begins.
Appointment was quick but the dr. was very thorough and provided a great pain management plan.
Excellent good demeanor, professional and staff very professional as well.
Everyone in the office was very friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Jensen was very informative and very willing to answer all my questions.
I have a very busy work schedule and my time spent at my desk is demanding and valuable. I scheduled an early appointment assuming that it would be on time. I wasted over any hour sitting idle in the waiting room.
the wait time is very long but people in office are friendly with good customer service. The doctor is excellent and make me feel really comfortable . I definitely recommend this place. I suggest to make an appointment for early in the morning
Clear explanation of procedure and what to expect during and after surgery.
I booked an appointment through zoc doc where the md indicated he took my insurance. When i arrived at the office I was made to pay an out of network fee claiming they don't take my insurance. Also they wanted me to see PA instead of the doctor.
Very professional and was actually listening to what I was saying..
It was my first visit. I was pleasantly surprised there was no wait time. He was extremely personable. I was impressed by his feedback.
Short and straight to the point. He performed a few flexibility exercises on my knee and determined I needed an MRI. The visit took less time than filling out the new patient paperwork.
big improvment compared to the last ortho clinic .professional in every way
Seemed very busy....good thing. Was extremely professional and left you with a good feeling.
