We went to the clinic for severe pain in my husband's shoulder, all the very professional team, they took an X-ray and everything was fine, they put a medicine in the joint and he began to feel improvement very quickly, on the third or fourth day he practically felt no pain. We had a detailed explanation of the entire process and several tips. We are pleased with the attention we had and how our problem was resolved.

All was much better than expected...he made a comment - "we treat the patient not the x-rays, etc."

This place is impersonal and like a factory.

Simply the best.

You wait an hour and the Dr spends 2-5 mins with you and does not engage or answer questions unless pushed. Pretty weird experience all round. Many better Ortho’s in Houston. He might be great, but who knows - he does not spend any meaningful time with you.

Great place, nice to have Drs., treatment, therapy all in once place. Wish I would leave with a summary of all I was told and diagnosed as it is a lot of info at one time!

De. Jensen did such a fantastic job with my arthroscopic procedure I’ve never had to go back for further treatments. His staff and physical therapy group that partners with his practice were all amazing and patient throughout my recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Jensen.

Dr. Jensen is pleasant and very direct. He examined my knee and determined the best treatment very quickly.
There seemed to be a lot of redundant paperwork before seeing the doctor.

I had a wonderful visit with Dr Jensen

He's quick. You must have your questions prepared to ask when you see him. His office did not send me the results of my MRI. I went for a second visit because I was still having pain. I was only given the MRI report after the visit was over, so I didn't have an opportunity to ask all the questions that arose after reading it.

Dr. Jensen is very nice and professional. He told me exactly what was wrong, and what can be done to fix it. I would highly recommend Dr. Jensen.

I had needed Dr. Jensen's help on 3 different occasions back in the 80's and 90's for minor clean up by scope. It's been 25 years, but I still find him to be top notch and he has a very good team around him. We'll see what the MRI diagnosis brings later this afternoon.

They have had my MRI results since 10am on 2/14 and I havent heard anything. Everytime I call in, they say Dr. Jensen will call back immediately. It hasnt happened yet.

Dr Jensen is awesome! And brilliant! If you need an orthopedic surgeon there is no other person as qualified as Dr Jensen. Plus he is super easy to talk to and way down to earth.

I have a very busy work schedule and my time spent at my desk is demanding and valuable. I scheduled an early appointment assuming that it would be on time. I wasted over any hour sitting idle in the waiting room.

the wait time is very long but people in office are friendly with good customer service. The doctor is excellent and make me feel really comfortable . I definitely recommend this place. I suggest to make an appointment for early in the morning

I booked an appointment through zoc doc where the md indicated he took my insurance. When i arrived at the office I was made to pay an out of network fee claiming they don't take my insurance. Also they wanted me to see PA instead of the doctor.

It was my first visit. I was pleasantly surprised there was no wait time. He was extremely personable. I was impressed by his feedback.

Short and straight to the point. He performed a few flexibility exercises on my knee and determined I needed an MRI. The visit took less time than filling out the new patient paperwork.
