Visits are always great, but Dr. Ricketts is excellent in deliveries! We are on our 7th baby & so he has had to deal with some difficult issues in the delivery room- we wouldn't trust anyone else!

Dr. Ricketts received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Missouri –Columbia where he was a Phi Beta Kappa recipient and Curators Scholar. He graduated from Saint Louis University School of Medicine and did his training in obstetrics and gynecology at Saint Louis University.
He has been in private practice since finishing his training. He has numerous hospital affiliations including committee memberships and chairmanships of various standing and ad hoc committees. He has served terms as Department Chair and Medical Staff President.
He has received advanced training in in minimally invasive gynecologic, urologic and cosmetic procedures such as Laser/SmartLipo liposuction, Laparoscopic total and supracervical hysterectomy, Endometrial Ablations, Essure Tubal Ligation, Outpatient Bladder/Vaginal Suspension and Correction of Incontinence.
He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is an active Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG) and the American College of Surgeons (FACS).
