Dr. Jackson Humphrey was born in Chicago, IL and raised in Columbus, OH. He grew up a swimmer, all-around athletic enthusiast, and continued his swim career through college at Denison University, where he was part of two Division III National Championship winning Men’s Swim and Dive teams as a ten time All-American. Dr. Humphrey graduated Denison University with a Bachelor of Science of Biology in May of 2014.
After graduating from Denison, Dr. Humphrey decided to mesh his athletic and scientific backgrounds, and he moved to San Jose, CA to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic West. Dr. Humphrey was an active member of the Palmer West Sports Council, where he had the pleasure of treating hundreds of elite athletes in the Bay Area. Dr. Humphrey graduated from Palmer West in 2017 as a part of the Pi Tau Delta Chiropractic Honor Society.
After his time in the Bay Area, Dr. Humphrey moved with his fiancé, Dr. Jessika Parham, and dog, Beau, to Austin, TX. Dr. Humphrey has worked with multiple sports chiropractic clinics in Austin, and the Bay Area over the past 5 years. His experience, and knowledge gained in these clinics encouraged him to pursue a practice of his own.
Dr. Humphrey established Evolve Chiropractic in 2020 with quality, patient-centered care in mind. Dr. Humphrey utilizes a novel three-phase treatment protocol to ensure patients progress through care quickly, while still achieving long lasting results. Progressing patients through the processes of Relief, Recovery, and Rehabilitation, Dr. Humphrey is able to systematically attain both relief of pain, and complete functional recovery for acute and chronic conditions, prior to stabilizing and strengthening any area of complaint to prevent reinjury.
Dr. Humphrey enjoys time with the family, hiking, biking, playing ball with his dog, and a fine glass of whiskey in his free time.
