She was thorough and addressed some issues that I did'nt think of.
The wait time was amazing. This is how a doctor's visit should be. If you have a appointment at 11:00. Should not have to wait in the waiting room until 12:00. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Dr. Jaclyn Harrison grew up in the Houston area where she attended the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. After completing her residency training in internal medicine at Georgetown University Hospital, she returned to her Texas roots to treat acutely ill patients at Memorial Hermann hospital- TMC campus. With a focus on clinical patient care, she was also an associate professor of internal medicine for the University of Texas at Houston, teaching future doctors the practice of internal medicine in the clinical setting. She also served as the education chief of a large hospital medicine group of physicians at Memorial Hermann Hospital, striving to stay at the cutting edge of evidence-based medicine. For the past 2 years, she has worked as a hospital-based physician at Memorial Hermann-Greater Heights, providing clinical care and patient flow management as associate medical director for the hospital-based physicians on that campus. Dr. Harrison lives in the Houston Heights with her husband and two children and is focused on bringing top-notch and personalized medical care to local Houstonians.

Dr. Harrison is terrific! All of the things that you want and need in a medical professional. She is knowledgeable, patient, kind, organized and truly cares about her patients. She listened intently to everything that I said, I never fell rushed, she asked so many questions to try and understand everything so that she could guide me and treat me to the best of her ability and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs an excellent doctor.

Dr. Harrison had wonderful bedside manner, was attentive and answered all of my questions. Wait time was short, and receptionist was also very friendly.
I did notice that the music in the lobby was a tad loud, but maybe some people like that.
