Amazing. Jackie helped my family so much. My daughter eats a huge variety of food and we never have any issues finding something she may like.
Jackie helped my family out immensely. I am so grateful for the tools she gave us to set us up for feeding my family. I highly recommend Jackie. She is not only brilliant, but is non judgmental, and understands all the struggles of feeding a baby/toddler.

More about Jaclyn Rogers, RDN

Jackie’s interest in nutrition started at a very young age, but not for the healthiest of reasons. She struggled with a disordered relationship with food and body through her growing up years. When she became a mother, she realized that food was taking up an unhealthy amount of precious mental space and energy…and more than anything, she didn’t want to pass this onto her children. Once she found intuitive eating and the strength to reject diet culture, she knew she wanted to use her personal and professional experience to help others do the same. Jackie’s mission is to help parents and individuals become intuitive eaters and raise intuitive eaters so they can heal their chaotic relationship with food once and for all and end the legacy of generational dieting. Jackie’s training in medical nutrition therapy, pediatric nutrition, and intuitive eating can support clients with a variety of conditions such as disordered eating, eating disorders, maternal nutrition, picky eating in childhood, infant nutrition, gastrointestinal issues, PCOS, and disease prevention/wellness. Jackie believes that all people deserve nutritional care and practices with a HAES informed approach. She loves helping her clients end the obsessive food thoughts and guilt, make peace with food, and learn how to nourish their unique body in a way that is satisfying and make them feel good. Jackie graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Penn State University. When she’s not fighting against diet culture, Jackie enjoys spending time with her family including her husband, two young kids (Isla and Holden), and dog (Burt). She also enjoys biking, going for walks outside, and reading or watching a good murder mystery.

I LOVE Jackie!! She was knowledgeable and helpful with my dietary needs and I recommend her to all my friends!

Jackie was wonderful in getting me over my fears of Baby Lead Weaning. My husband saw the benefits of starting the BLW journey but I needed some compassionate coaching to craft an approach that made me feel confident and comfortable with starting solids. We had weekly goals that helps de stress the situation as well as a structured approach to introducing solids. All in all it was a great experience.
Jacki was absolutely amazing! I looked forward to our weekly appointments. I learned so much, and she really helped me to navigated how to use what I learned about myself and integrate it to support my goals. She has such a wealth of knowledge not just in nutrition, but with different recipes to try even for my very picky palate! I felt heard and supported with each and every session. I have been able to see how the way Jacki helped me to approach food, weight, and the language of diet culture that surrounds us already has given my tween daughter a chance at body positivity. Which means everything to me. Thank you Jacki!
Jackie is the epitome of a caring, knowledgeable, and empathetic provider. She explains things so well and listens without judgement. Nutrition and eating is a very sensitive subject for me but she made me feel so comfortable that I shared things with her that I hadn’t shared with anyone else. I will carry the invaluable information that I have learned from her with me for the rest of my life. I have found some peace in my eating and feeding my children and for that, I am so grateful. She is passionate about intuitive eating and I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who wants to explore it.
Wonderful! Jackie is a great listener and takes the time to understand your needs. She wants to make it an open relationship so that issues can be discussed judgment free.
I felt heard and very helpful!
