Visits are always pleasant. Staff is professional & extremely helpful. Anytime I need a question answered, no one ever hesitates to help. The doctors tailor each visit to my current need & are quick to modify when needed. I would highly recommend Backfit to everyone.

Dr. Jacob Hanson is one of the more affordable Phoenix chiropractors in the valley. He has been practicing chiropractic medicine in Phoenix for nearly a decade. Dr. Hanson is a native of Fargo, North Dakota. It was there that he completed his pre-med curriculum while attending North Dakota State University. After completing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Jake went on to attend the renowned Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Upon receiving his Doctorate of Chiropractic in June 2005, Dr. Jake moved to Phoenix and has enjoyed treating and educating the Greater Phoenix community since that time.
Dr. Jake, having passed all four parts of the National Board of Chiropractic Examinations including Physiotherapy, is board certified in both chiropractic and physiotherapy. Dr. Jake uses many adjusting techniques including Palmer package, Activator and Diversified technique. In his last year at Palmer College, Dr. Jake had the unique experience, as a student, to travel to Marrakech Morocco to provide humanitarian chiropractic care to the under served and underprivileged communities with Palmer College’s Clinic Abroad Program.
Dr. Jake is proud to help patients of all ages reach their maximum level of health using natural and safe methods such as chiropractic care and physiotherapy as well as advising on proper nutrition and healthy daily habits. Dr. Jake is also a proud husband and father to his two children who have been receiving regular adjustments since the day they were first born.

Taniyah came in to see Dr. Jake after a softball injury. Being a 12 year old girl, it was important to us to get her better & back on the field. Dr. Jake & his amazing team got her back to playing softball within a few visits. She continues to see Dr. Jake on a regular basis for maintainence and to sustain overall wellness - Mom & Dad.

As always, after being greeted by name from the always friendly office staff, my massage therapist was ready for me to prep and begin. She (Jackie) having ensured the room was set in a calm, relaxing setting, provided me with a wonderful, muscle tension releasing massage that targeted not just the areas that were troubling me, but also areas I wasn't aware would be so tense.
