I sought out Dr. Morgenstern for a second opinion on a foot and ankle injury which possibly requires surgery. He called me to give my consult, and though he was not able to treat me himself, he gave me excellent advice and offered his opinion. He recommended me to another orthopedic surgery department that was more suited to my needs that specializes in foot and ankle orthopedics. He was so nice, and he definitely listened to all my concerns and gave me valuable feedback. He even told me I could call back in the future if I needed any advice or had questions, I appreciated that so much.

Wonderful experience. I thought the back and forth was important and meaningful. I didn't feel like a "number" I felt like a person--there was nothing that was going to written up or prescribed that wasn't unnecessary.

This whole operation seemed incredibly shady. He seemed more focused on getting my credit card information than checking out my leg which I had made an appointment about. My credit card was charged without ever receiving any statements or bills. Now I've been spending two days trying to call them for clarification to no avail. Avoid this place.

Very nice guy. Strange facility (however once explained makes sense I guess) as it's hard to find because it's INSIDE a gym. Makes sense for PT and such, but I had a hard time finding it. Nonetheless, Dr. Morgenstern is a friendly man and informative. Seemed a bit rushed as he would ask me questions, then I would be half way into my answer and on to the next he went! But perhaps I was taking too long to answer who knows. We shall see about the treatment provided... I have high hopes of getting my knee back in working condition!
